Information Governance - Teams, Litigation Holds and Best Practices
Many companies have implemented information governance programs. This session will explore what the goals of those programs are, how they are organized within companies, which company executives are involved in these programs and what their roles and responsibilities are. The panelists will discuss the tension between information governance and litigation holds and preservation obligations as well as the pros and cons of different information governance programs and suggested best practices for information governance.
